Azimut and Cattolica Assicurazioni Group have reached an agreement to acquire 100% stake in Apogee Consulting Sim (formerly 'Cattolica Investimenti Sim) when wholly owned by Gruppo Cattolica Assicurazioni. This operation, which is' subject to clearance by the Bank of Italy, allowing payment of approximately EUR 3.2 million in cash and signing of an agreement between the parties for distribution on the basis of preferred insurance products .
